Back camera and ear audio not working after screen replacement

I have just replaced the screen after the phone fell to the floor. At first, the replacement operation was apparently successful, but now the following issues have occurred:

Back camera (on the screen side, to take selfies) is not working. Front camera is working as usual.
Internal earpieace audio is not working. To make phone calls, either the loudspeaker or the external audio plug must be used.

My suspicion is a cable or may be a not appropriately connector (although I had a good feeling and heard/felt a noticeable “click“ when reconnecting all the connectors.

If anybody has a link to a downloadable diagnostic or service manual (containing e.g. a list of which peripheral devices are connected through what cable), that will be appreciated.

You have the cameras reversed :>). The front camera is for taking selfies. That may not be important for everyday use but when you start searching for parts, it will confuse everything.

Both the front camera and earpiece are on the same flex. Some replacement screens include this flex as pre-assembled while other don’t include it and you have to transfer it over from your original screen. Those that are pre-assembled sometimes contain a lower quality flex and are prone to failures. If this is the case here, then I recommend you transfer over the original one.

If you transferred your original, then follow the same guide and double check your work. You may have damaged the flex (small tear) or the connector on the logic board.
