Why are my BeatsX headphones not turning on only white led lights up.

I have a pair of beatsX and the other day I used them they were working fine I puted them down but they were still connected to my phone I went to the kitchen to drink cane back and I noticed they no longer connected to my phone so I went to Settings>Bluetooth and I tried to connect but it did it couldn’t connect. Then I wanted to turn them off and then on (usually it helps) but this time I won’t turn of. The white led is light but it doesn’t matter if I hold the power button for three seconds or 10 or 30 or with the volume down button it does nothin. (The light is on always) I tried to connect to the charger but it only flashes three times (white) then goes back to solid white. I tried to connect to my computer to check if it discovers it and the beats updated discovered it and said I’m on the latest firmware so I don’t know what to do. Please help. Ps. I haven’t touched it all day but the white led is still on.
