I have iPhone 5s . My display lcd flex cable is broken I just want to change my that flex cable not to install new display.

How can I change that cable .

Here is a video showing how to replace the display flex cable.

Note that you'll likely need a few thousand dollars worth of equipment, as well as training and practice, to affect this repair.

Conversely, replacing the LCD and flex cable with a new assembly is generally around $20-$25 or so, including the screwdrivers you'll need.
