Why restarting after screen replacement, won’t restore with iTunes?

Replacement screen install, continually restarting, disconnect the front camera and starts normally. A few minutes later restarting again, won’t restore with iTunes. Put original screen back, restarting again.??

Thank you for the response. I previously tried the old screen bare-bone ( without small parts) and restarting continued. This is the second replacement screen in three days. The first one caused boot loop. Replace old screen and all but earspeaker and front camera worked. This second screen started fine when front camera disconnected. Restarting continued regardless of front camera after a few attempts at adjusting it.

Won’t restore with iTunes, the process kicks it out of recovery mode error 4013. Began powering on into recovery mode, Used 3UTools to exit recovery mode and back to restarting loop.

Try putting in the old screen if you still have it and tell us if it keeps happening with the old screen.

Here is a support article related to the error code you got when trying to restore. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201444

I have already been there. This particular device is the most problematic of all that I have repaired.

@gstar Maybe try contacting Apple Support because Apple still services and supports these devices.
