Controller keeps disconnecting/Poor distance from console before lag

So my ps4 Pro is having an issue. On any of my controllers if I sit a couple feet away and have something in front of the controller it may lag or disconnect. Doesn’t matter what’s in front. Even my legs and hand have caused it to disconnect. Thinking it’s the Bluetooth antenna. If it is how do I go about replacing it?
