Touch on my iPhone 6 plus was glitching so I purchased and replaced it with the iPhone 6 Plus LCD Screen and Digitizer Full Assembly from iFixit. After restart, touch works and I am able to enter the pass code and use the phone. After few minutes, touch becomes totally unresponsive. Have tried to remove and reinstall, hard boot, and even restored the phone but no luck. Any ideas?

When you meant glitching did you mean the exact same symptoms as the issues you are having after replacing the screen?
If yes you need to get the touch IC replaced + have them do the M1 jumper for a permanent fix by a reputable repair shop that does microsoldering / board level repairs.
If the shop doesn't know at the M1 jumper fix is then search for another repair shop.
