Have you tried downloading the WiFi driver from the Lenovo website for your laptop model?

Then it might be that the WiFi care is not seated correctly. You can usually remove the bottom panel where there hdd and ram reside. Unscrew or unclip the card whilst power is off then reseat it and secure it down.

In control panel are there any "unknown devices" listed?

さんによる

No .. there's no unknown device listed .. yes I will try the card settings.. thank you ... But if card is removed and seated back do I need to re install drivers .. or re install windows ?

さんによる

No, driver is already installed, if card is working it will be detected automatically by windows.

Did you recently updated windows ?

If yes

Try going back to previous windows from restore backup option that usually fix the issue if you haven't deleted partition it for storage space
