How do I rebuild the engine, start to finish?

I am interested in rebuilding the entire engine of my 2000 Toyota Camry. I'm looking for a simple, step by step guide to keep me on track, where I can nearly check mark along the way each step.

Including engine removal & replacement, easiest way to remove each exterior engine component without extra steps if possible, and getting into the engine, removing/replacing the inside of the engine components with tips along the way for taking the extra precautions on ensuring an excellent healthy motor.
