I jumped my 91 Civic off a 26' box truck and setting blew inside the c

I need info. My battery died due to leaving my lights on. My buddy from work showed up in a 26’ box truck and tried jumping my car and something blew inside the car. I have replaced two relays inside of it but it still won't t start. Someone help me please!!!

Yes it turn over it just won't start. Everything turns on lights clock dash all that. I replaced a couple relays and a couple of fuses.
