Screen and battery problems

I have a Motorola MPX200. I already changed the ROM to an useful Windows Mobile 6 from WM 2002 and WM 2003.

Since time ago the screen twinkles. When press the borders of the screen, stops doing it.

How i can open the screen to fix or resolde the wires of the screen?

My battery is running off. The duration of the battery is only a few hours.

I'm trying to adapt an old battery from another motorola phone (v525) that charges completery fine because I can't find a battery for it. Anyone knows how to adapt the battery?
