Bike seems fine but motor won't turn on and wattmeter reads zero

Hello,

a few days ago i got my bike. It was used nur in very good condition (less than 10km totally). Now i recognized that the wattmeter always shows zero. The motor definetely does not funktion. I checked all the connectors, they all seem fine. What can i do now, the Qicycle app says the bike works ok, changing firmware also is possible, display, light and Battery work well. Is it possible that the motor is broken or maybe the Torque sensor? What could i do?
