software updated, now only sound & no display
Ok so I just got a PS4 slim not the pro. Everything was working just fine until it prompt me to update it. I accepted the update and it updated. It restarted and them nothing just black screen there is sound and I can tell when I used the control it gives of the sound but no display at all. I've checked the cable and it's fine it's actually brand new. I've tried to enter Safe mode it's not letting me enter at all. How can I fix this?

hey Jwayne, I moved your comment and made it into a question. It will get answered this way. I'd try shutting down the system, unplugging from power source for 15 minutes and then try restarting.
