Battery randomly shut down, what's happening?

Hie there. I have a problem with my Galaxy S8. I was using my phone half way and it shut off by itselfs. I tried turning it on and it doesnt seem to be active. I went to my nearest repair shop and told me that the battery is working fine. What can be the cause of the problem. Thanks Guys!!

P.S I tried soft and hard reboot already.
