Need extra fuse for towbar Honda Stream 1.7 LS 2002?

Dear all,

My mechanic (not official Honda dealer) installed a towbar on my Honda Stream 1.7 2002. He only was unfortunately not able to fix the power supply. He thinks I probably have to add an extra fuse. But it could be also a relais thing he says.

Ofcourse I can go the official Honda dealer but maybe I can fix it with help from you. Could anyone give me a good advice? Maybe experienced this issue himself?

This is the whole installation which is actually too difficult for me. I am not an engineer.

Was hoping for an answer like “put a fuse in row 3 socket 10 of the fuse board” . But this is maybe too simple

Well you are going to have to add the wiring for the lights and brakes for what you are towing. Adding a fuse just doesn't cut it. This is not as difficult as you might think, just take it one step at a time. You know, the same way you do heart surgery.
