Phone won't ring through speaker

DooGee T6, 4G, Running Android 5.1. When calls come in there phone does not ring. When you play music nothing comes out of the speaker. In settings, when you change ring tones you can't hear them. When set to Vibrate you get nothing. Volumn is set high, cannot control with side buttons. Have to adjust in settings.

Music and ring tones are audible through ear phones and Blutooth.

Have performed a factory reset, but the problem persist.
