S7 Edge battery won't charge to 100 percent.
I have an s7 edge and the phone won't charge to 100 percent and the battery drains fast. All this started happening when I swapped batteries. My last battery was shot that's why I changed it.

Your charger port could be bad. That would effect your battery draining fast and not achieving 100% charge. If it is not the charger port, it is the Motherboard.

Thank you for that. I might try a wireless charger next because I've factory reset the phone twice. I did finally fix the drain issue, but I still can't figure out why it won't charge to 100%. I will continue on my quest, lol.
Yes, usually that is my quick/cheap fix for newer Samsung’s with charge issues. Purchasing a wireless charger is much cheaper than the other options. Just a little inconvenient.

So you might be experiencing a bad battery. Have you replaced that?
20 percent is terrible!
I have same problem phone not charging stop at 75%.So far my battery is build one. Pls.suggest me.
