Strange download complete notification

I own a LG Q6 and lately i keep getting a "download complete" notification on my screen that comes for about 3 secs and disappears. While i haven't downloaded anything nor is there any update or download on my notification bar. I dont have enough space in my phone for any more downloads so my phone doesnt auto update apps. I have checked my apps and there are no new apps. I keep getting this notification and it's starting to worry me. Can i please get some help?
