I cannt set up my secure folder unauthorized software was installed
I can not open my secure folder, S health and my knox. When I try it says anauthorized soft ware was installed,
Make sure you have the setting "Install applications from unknown sources" turned off. Samsung disables many security features when that setting is turned on. On the S8/S8+ this can be found in settings > lock screen and security > install unknown apps | then turn everything to not allowed.
If you want to fix s health app

And restart your device...thanks..
After ur choice if you want to unroot then unroot your device....
The problem is these KNOX phones are finicky about what you install, nor is Samsung open about what triggers it. Check for the 0x1 (KNOX warranty void) flag in download mode to make sure you’re not wasting your time. If you see 0x1, KNOX is triggered and Samsung Health, KNOX folders and anything that depends on it is dead. The unauthorized software triggered it in such a way that the phone treated it like a ROM change, custom ROM install or a OS downgrade/bootloader replacement inadvertently unless you did change the ROM in the past and this is an old trigger. The reliable way to know is to check through the bootloader in download mode since it can be spoofed booted into Android.
A tripped KNOX flag doesn’t bother me because I think it does nothing but restrict the device user from altering it. That said, it does matter if you use it or the device is used in a environment KNOX can’t be lost (mainly corporate). Back with the early KNOX phones (S4-S6/Note 2-present), KNOX could be blown with the 0x1 flag and S Health would work, but the newer versions (Samsung Health) do not work with a 0x1 (KNOX warranty void) flag due the healthcare provider features. Since it cripples the phone somewhat beyond corporate use, it will affect resale value more then it did in the past. You could even do a JTAG or binary count reset on these 1st generation KNOX phones but that's long since patched. Why they don’t cripple the app partially is beyond me.
Refer to this guide to get the phone into download mode. This link also has information on how to do it if the first link is not helpful. Once you know if it says Samsung Official or Custom, you at least know where you stand. If you see 0x0 and Samsung Official, your best bet is to clear the data from the apps that use KNOX, downgrade and disable and then run the updates again.
