To replace the screen assembly, I recommend you follow this guide. As for the feeble voice when calling, you may have damaged the front microphone along with the screen. You could try to just replace the screen and transfer over the microphone over at first but if it still has the same problem, the Front Camera & Sensor flex will have to be replaced as well.
