ink is smearing on labels
I am using the zp 505 printer for labels. The labels keep coming out with the ink smeared. I have cleaned it multiple times. What could be causing the smearing of the ink on the labels ?

The printer doesn't use ink, the paper that goes through it reacts to the temperature of the print head, a bit like a till receipt.
You might need to clean the print head, or it could be a faulty print head

I had the same issue. I used a alcohol wipe clean the print head. I let it dry before use and it worked find without any smearing issues.
