Mower won't start when hot
Mower won't when hot. After ten to fifteen minuets of running and stopping to empty grass bag the mower will not start. Waiting 3 hours to cool down the mower will start again until stopping again.

Is the spark plug firing when the mower is hot? If not, take a look at the ignition coil. Here is a basic guide: https://www.searspartsdirect.com/repair-...
Another good thing is to make sure the cooling fins and engine shroud are free from gas clippings/debris.

I’ve had limited luck loosening the fuel cap, it seems they’re either not vented, or poorly vented and it causes flooding. (22” recycler")
