iPhone 6 works fine, but won't turn on unless charging.
So I bought an iphone 6 with a broken screen assuming I could just fix the screen and it would be fine. The person who sold it to me said other than the screen, there were no issues. She was wrong. After I got the screen replaced, I realised that the power button did not work and that you can only turn it back on by putting it on charge. After the phone turns on, I can unplug it and keep using it fine. But it also randomly turns off, and unless I happen to have access to some type of charge, then I'm stuck. I started carrying around a powerbank just in case, but it seems to never turn off unless I happen to have forgotten the powerbank that day. Typical right?
Anyone have any ideas what it may be? Do you think that it's linked to the fact that the power button doesn't work? Iphone 6's aren't worth that much, so I'm wondering whether it would be expensive to fix and whether it would even be worth it?
