My laptop wont start up

I have a MacBook Pro, the 2017 touch pad version. my wifi was horrible so I decided to shut down my computer and you know how when you shut it down there’s a circle on the screen that loads indicating that it’s turning off so I waiting a few seconds after it’s off and then turn it back in, the apple logo pops up and loads about a quarter of the way then the circle pops back up like the one that indicates that the laptop is turning off and it does this non stop over and over. I’ve tried turning it off and on again, plugging it in, safe mode/safeboot. Plus shift + control + option while holding the power button so it shows feed back like the screen comes up with a bunch of words. I need this laptop to turn in by tomorrow as school starts soon and I need this laptop, please help
