iPhone 5s Wifi Module (Wifi IC)

Hye I got an IPhone 5s sent in to me regarding No Power issue. After I probing around, the phone showing a low resistance on VCC_Main and have a short on the same line. After remove the Wifi IC, the short are completely gone and I think it solved the issue. Also the phone booted up normally (Without Wifi IC). But after a few minutes the phone suddenly turn into Blue Screen and reboot automatically.

When I was removing the Wifi IC some of the pads are gone 34,35,36,37,43 (The number is based on ZXW Tools).

So my question is..

1. Does this line is responsible for Blue Screen issue ?

2. Is it okay if I just put back the Wifi IC without making a short (Jumper) on the lost pads ?

WLAN IC:

Line 34: BT_PCM_IN

Line 35: BT_PCM_SYNC

Line 36: WLAN_CLK32K

Line 37: BT_UART_RTS_L

Line 43: 50_WLAN_G_ANT

Unfortunately, all of those lines are important so you will have to add micro-jumpers to get them properly connected. If you are removing pads when desoldering, then you may be using insufficient heat. When the IC is not underfilled, check to see if it "floats" on the solder prior to removing it. For underfilled IC's, then you need to remove as much surrounding underfill as possible first and use something to rpy your way underneath. Some specialized tools are available for this.

Does the blue screen issue also because of those lines

I doubt the blue screen is caused by your WiFi issues. Check the screw standoffs to see if there is any possible Long Screw Damage.
