Why does my phone keep restarting
so i have a samsung galaxy s5 with two batteries. both have been dead for a while. one doesnt show the charging screen but boots its up to the first screen and then shuts down it then does this over again the only way to get it to stop is to unplug it or take it out. the other battery is completely unresponsive. what can i do to fix this?
Does it work when it's only on AC power? (with no battery, plugged directly into the wall outlet)
