How can I fix this ipad screen problem.

Hi, I am Katie and I hope you guys can help me with thia problem.

So, what happen is my ipad screen turns blurry but its still working like you can still swipe it and open apps. But blurry like All i can see is a medium horizontal lines in the home screen and to the lock screen i can see the picture color but super blurry that you cant evem see anymore.

Ive tried doing the slap thinf to.the back and it still doesnt work and I accidently drop thia ipad like 5 times now but in the past now.. Like year ago now.. And there no sign of Damage in the screen. But this month my ipad suddenly turns blurry that ypu.cant see anymore but the screen still working and its not evem frozen. They always requested me to hold the power buttom and the home button and its still doesnt work.
