I just recieved this iphone SE, the phone was only searching and does not connect to wifi. i’m almost certain its this part(photo)
May anyone tell me if this ripped part is the one to blame and what part it is, honestly never noticed it before.

that is absolutely ONE of the issues for sure. there is no guarentee that that is the only damage to the device, but the component is a WiFi network antenna pickup, and will improve your wifi and BT signal for sure

From what I can gather of information its the WIFI antenna, but that wil only fix wifi if I’m correct?
this is highly likely. thats why you would need to run a diagnosis on the rest of it. however, it is still a manditory repair to get the device functional.

this is the primary cellular antenna, however, the screws being fastened to the housing, the mainboard coaxial cable, as well as the metal pannels all register cellular activity. replacing these one at a time until your issue is fixed is what needs to be done.
ALSO! be sure to check the device against your national blacklist.
What do you mean about blacklist?
if a phone is reported stolen, it is put on the blacklist. where it will not be able to be used on any carrier network. here in canada, we have access to check devices against this list, to verify if it is, but im not aware if it available in other countries. you may have to check with the carrier it is originally purchased from.
