Electricity is getting to printer but it doesn't turn on.

electricity getting to printer but wont power on. I tested the electrical cord where it goes into the printer with my meter. It says there is power there. Is there a way to bypass the on button? How do you get to the circuit board? Please anything to try would be great. thank you Marty

New, printed windows test page. shut down, never came on again.

I cleaned my heads then the epson printer turned off and now it won’t turn on again
