Samsung CLX-3305W paper pick up rubber drum not turning

My Samsung CLX-3305W is not picking up paper from the paper tray.

I have tried cleaning the pick up rubber several times, dismounted it put it back etc.

The problem seems to be, that the axis that should turn the pick up rubber is not turning, because its wheel does not hit the spinning wheel next to it that should turn the wheel.

How do I fix this? Reaching the solenoid seems to be really REALLY difficult on this machine.
