Your HDD might be die, but I am not sure.
Please give us more information,
There is 50% chance to have bad HDD.

there are many reasons they may cause it not to boot, not just a failed HDD.
3% chance to be something else
theres POST fails, corruption, GPU Fails, CPU fails, MB fails, UEFI/BIOS issues, Incorrect UEFI/BIOS settings, windows may not support a Bootloader that is set, PC may not meet minimum requirements, system32 is missing, and lots more.
