ZTE Max Blue (z986dl) replacement screen problems.

I recently replaced the screen on my max blue, including led and digitizer. After putting back together, home button light gets EXTREMELY HOT to the touch, calibration is way off, screen basically types/goes to what it wants, and sometimes my screen will get foggy white like before I changed screen. I had to change the screen because I dropped it, should I try a different new screen or is this a different problem? Also, my charging port is extremely loose, and I have had this phone since October, and it has constantly frozen and crashed from the beginning, I have made sure that nothing is open or running and it continues to freeze/crash/resetting the wallpaper to default without reason. Should I continue to put money into this phone? Has anyone else experienced this? It is through straight talk.
