While running rpm gauge will sometime get jumpy and the engine will stall when i push on the gas n sometime cut out

Get the OBDII port scanned for error codes. This is the quickest way to find out what is going on in the engine.
AutoZone in the USA will do this for free apparently.

@maitken81 what year is is, what model, what engine? What have you checked? Does this "running rpm gauge will sometime get jumpy and the engine will stall " always happen together?

Yes it happins together when its jumping if i push gas it stalls n sputter
Its a 95 gmc sierra 1500. Tbi it has the 5.7 liter
I have swapped speed sensor thermostat pcv valve
