Blackberry ID is ruining my life

I bought my BB Passport at a family vacation in Dubai in 2015, and using the phone was great, recently the phone started requesting for my blackberry ID password which i can't remember, and i also can't remember the answer to my recovery question, so i decided to wipe the phone data, and i created a new blackberry ID, problem with that is because of Blackberry protect, i need to log into the old account. What can i do to bypass this? Its Urgent!
