Why isn't my full cartridge of black ink printing?
I just got colored ink and black ink from the store, but when I do a color check, only the colored shows up. Also, when I tried to print something out, it came out light blue instead of black. Why isn't my black cartridge working?
This may sound silly but did you put the black cartridge in the colour cartridge slot by mistake? Check your cartridges, pull them both out and make sure they are both in their respective holders.
