Hi I have samsung j16 and I lost my all personal and importent picture

from the information i could gather, you have deleted your data, then wiped the device, and now wasnt your pictures back.

unfortunately; the only way you can get your pictures back, is if you had one of the three softwares samsung devices use to back up your data, back up the photos.

those are your Samsung account, your google account, and your Drop box account. Log onto those accounts, and turn on auto sync. if they were set to sync prior to the restore, you will get your photos back. if not, then there is no way to get them back
