Why is my ps4 stuck in safe mode
My PS4 is stuck in safe mode but it only has the option to initialize ps4(Reinstall system software) and I don’t know what to do

You should take the hard drive out of the PS4 then plug it into a desktop computer to check the health of the hard drive. Most of the time it's the hard drive going bad.
