1 My tablet stuck on smasung logo
My tablet updated last night and it was stuck on the Samsung logo screen this morning. I factory, hard reset and still same issue. Tried to use Kies 3 however it will not recognize my tablet connected to my PC. Please help will I need a new tablet?
Did you try holding the power button, volume up button and the home button on for 10 seconds? re-start tablet or factory reset. try to disconnect the battery, press the power button a few times. leave battery disconnected for 30 minutes.
