Xperia Red Led, yellow led and won’t boot

Phone went a sudden death, 3 years old began to vibrate 3 times and red led appears. Charge it for a while, led became yellow tried turning it on, albeit with no success. LCD is dead and I can’t tell if its turned on since I turned off vibration.
