what's wrong with my phone?

Bit of a vague question I know but I'm unsure how to phrase it?

I was out with my friends when someone accidentally knocked my phone out of my hand (lg g5) and then stood on it, as you can imagine the screen was broke, but other than that it worked fine. I took it into a repair shop and they fixed the screen, however the phone itself won't turn on. It goes to the lg home screen switches off and goes back to the home screen, until you take the battery out.

Can anyone help or tell me what's wrong??

What is the make and model number of your phone?

What is the exact problem that you're having?

Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all

Same I had dialed 911 while I was working and my phone got knocked out of my hand and ever since it hasn’t worked properly I have insurance on it and when I asked Apple to fix it they said they didn’t cover accidental damages.

Hi @wolfie394 ,

How come the repair shop didn't test it was working properly after they replaced the screen and then fix it if it wasn't?

I'd take it back to them as they shouldn't have given to you in that condition unless you knew about it and asked them for it back that way.

If it was working properly when you got it back from them and it has now failed I'd still take it back to the repairer and show them the problem.

Any reputable repair service will give a guarantee on their work.
