Neither my mouse nor my bluetooth speaker work. Any suggestions? I have a fairly new Asus, mouse and speaker.

Hi Kayla,
What is the model number of the Asus?
What OS is installed?
What type of mouse, corded or wireless (make and model)?
Does the Asus detect the BT speaker?
Does the BT speaker work with other BT devices e.g. mobile phone?
If the mouse is also BT have you checked in Device manager that the BT is installed properly.
Have you checked that the BT is even switched on in your Asus ?
