My UE BoomBox won't pair. It says wrong pin-code

My daughter’s phone won't pair anymore with bluetooth. It says wrong pincode, I can’t fill in a code anywhere ????

I already made a factory reset on the BoomBox but did not help. I can pair and connect with another phone with the BoomBox.

Hi @joephuntink ,

Did you try the "forget this device" option for the speaker in your daughter's phone's BT list, then turn off the phone, restart the phone and then try to pair again? You didn't say.

Make sure that the speaker is not still paired with anything else.
