My audiojack volume is very low

Hi there,

I recently purchased a second hand Macbook Pro Retina Mid 2014, 256gb.

When I bought it and tested, the audio jack worked perfectly fine. The day after purchasing it, it's gone incredibly quiet. There is sound coming out, the speakers work perfectly fine, but the audio coming from the headphones is so quiet I can barely hear it. I have tested the headphones in a different device and it's def a problem with the Macbook.

I have tried an SMC reset to no avail. Thinking it might need an audio jack replacement. If so, where and how does one do that? I noticed that the audio jacks for this model come with the logic board, is it possible to buy and fit one separately?
