Philips Saeco IntuitaAfter replacing mainboard all lights are flashing

Hi,

After replacement of the mainboard on Philips Saeco HD8750/11 all lights are flashing when turning on even in test mode. I've tried 2 new mainboards and 2 boards with buttons but result same. Would appreciate if someone suggest what it may be and how to fix it
