Battery issue after replacement

i replaced iphone 5s battery on drain issue.. i tested battery using 3u toool .it is 60% health.. so i repaced it.. but the problem not solved after the replacing .. the new battery drain in 3 hour use.. and a 12 hour standby... i checked the new battery with 3u tool . noted that 2 full draining is counted by 1 cycle.. i charge and discharge the battery 6 times completely but the cycle count is 3 .. why this happen???

i restore the phone usimg dfu .. but no solution the for the problem...
