There's a color violet appearing inside the screen its like a violet ink and it scatters slowly all over the screen.

Maybe the internal part of the screen \ LCD has been smashed...

Hi,

The LCD screen is faulty and needs to be replaced.

Here is a link to the ifixit Samsung Galaxy Note5 LCD screen & USB board & Home button Replacement guide.

This is not an easy repair if you are a novice repairer. You can cause more damage than what you had before you started if you're not sure of what you are doing.

I suggest that you contact a reputable, professional mobile phone repair service and ask for a quote for the repair
