Characters glitch randomly between walk and jog/run cycles

I have tried an external clean of my left analogue stick but the problem persists. I would like to know how to clean the sensors directly and/or how to know if I have to replace it.

As a bonus, is there a PDF of a DualShock 4 blueprint anyone has or has found?
