I removed the logic board on my iPhone 6 plus, but the screws got all mixed up (clumsy I know). I was wondering if there is a way to tell the difference between them. I have read on some forums where even if you buy the kit with all the screws they are all in the same bag so I know there must be a way to tell, I just don't know what it is.

This guide tells you where each screw and what size goes where on the logic board, hope that helps.

Thanks for answering so fast! I used that guide to take it apart, but I don't know how to tell which screw is which size. Is there a simple way to do that?
If you google the screws for the phone you might be able to find out the lengths of them and then have an idea where they go. If not try just screwing them in, due to the sizes some might not screw into one hole in which case you know you need the longer screw and so on etc. If I get time later I'll try and find out by taking apart a phone I have here.
Just wanted to point this out that the 5 screws pointed out in step 12 of the guides you must not mix them up as the 3 red marked screw holes sit right on top of the board.
Putting a longer screw in those 3 holes will end up damaging the board which may result in paperweight phone.
