8F means either a paper tore inside while it was printing and jammed, or some other mechanical malfunction has occurred.
Open your printer, take out the toner, and the back panel if there is one. Look inside to see if you see anything jammed or stuck.

my printer is the same but there is no paper jammed or torn. i have reset the printer and 8F is still on the screen!!

hi We need more info to get a better picture of what's happening.
<> can you tell us the exact error code?
<> can you confirm that you have installed the printer driver to your PC or laptop?
<> does it try to print in anyway but is unable to feed on the paper?
