Thinkpad T430 screen freezes while online

Lenovo T430 just purchased July 2017. From Amazon, refurbished. About a month after receiving the T430, I am having trouble with the screen locking up (not responding). This happens quite often.

Is there is an issue? What should I do?

This is certainly not normal, nor a common known problem. First of all, get back to the seller and complain (assuming you haven't damaged it in some way yourself). If you get no joy from the seller, see if you can make a complaint through Amazon, or as last resort, if you paid for it with a credit card, you may be able to get a refund that way. These Lenovos are generally good laptops - you chose well but I guess you were just unlucky!
