Its not mounted on the screen directly, its sandwiched between the case and the screen. Here's an image of it from the Apple Watch Series 3 Teardown

Where can I buy the lte antenna cable since I can't find it anywhere...

Other than locating a junker to swapout the needed part, there's little you can do.
